1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Teleprompter Premium (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided by David Ghazali (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Scope of the App
Teleprompter Premium is a local-first teleprompter and video recording application for iOS (and supported platforms where offered). The App:
- Stores scripts and recordings on your device
- Does not require an account or cloud login
- Does not display advertisements
- Supports English, French, and Arabic
- Uses camera and microphone only for Studio recording features you initiate
- Offers optional Premium features via Apple in-app purchase
3. Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of scripts, recordings, and other content you create in the App (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for:
- The text you write, import, or display
- Recordings you capture and share
- Compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform rules when using or distributing Your Content
We do not monitor, host, or review Your Content on our servers because we do not operate a cloud service for it. Back up important content — loss may occur if you delete content, reset your device, or uninstall the App.
4. Free and Premium features
Free tier
The free version includes core teleprompter and Studio functionality subject to soft limits (currently up to 5 user scripts and 5 recordings; sample scripts are excluded from the script limit). Free users can create, record, and use the App repeatedly within those limits. Free output is not watermarked.
Premium
Premium unlocks unlimited scripts and recordings and additional features (such as advanced presentation controls, timed scrolling, TXT import/export, presets, favorites prioritization, and templates). Feature availability is described in the App and may evolve with updates.
5. Purchases, billing, and trials (Apple)
Premium is sold through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Apple is the merchant of record for payment processing, receipts, and subscription management.

Annual free trial: Where offered, the annual plan may include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews at the displayed annual price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Restore purchases: Use “Restore Purchases” in the App to re-activate Premium on a device signed into the same Apple ID.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We do not process payment refunds directly.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App and App Store at purchase time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
- Circumvent Premium licensing or free-tier limits through unauthorized modification
- Use the App in a way that interferes with its operation or other users’ rights (where applicable)
We may suspend or discontinue the App or features where required by law or platform policy.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and bundled sample content, is owned by David Ghazali or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms.
Your Content remains yours. You grant us no license to Your Content beyond what is necessary to operate the App locally on your device (which requires no server-side license from you).
8. Third-party services
The App uses Apple system services (StoreKit, Share Sheet, camera/microphone APIs). Your use of those services is subject to Apple’s terms and policies. When you share recordings via the Share Sheet, third-party apps you choose are governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or lossless recording. Teleprompter timing, camera behavior, and storage depend on your device, permissions, and environment.
The App is a productivity tool, not legal, medical, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, David Ghazali AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or modify the App or these Terms with notice where required. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in the App or on our support page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
