Summary
Teleprompter Premium is a local-first teleprompter and video recording app. Your scripts and recordings stay on your device. We do not require an account, do not operate cloud sync, do not show ads, and do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store on our servers, sell, or share:
- Personal profiles or user accounts
- Script text or recording content
- Contact lists, location, or advertising identifiers
- Usage analytics transmitted to us or third-party analytics providers
- Data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising
There is no cloud backend for your content. We cannot access your scripts or recordings.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the following locally on your iPhone or iPad (and, where applicable, on supported Android devices):

You control this data. Deleting a script or recording in the app removes it from local storage. Uninstalling the app removes app-local data subject to your device’s storage behavior.
Import and export
TXT import/export (Premium) reads or writes plain-text files you choose via the system file picker. Content is processed on-device. We do not upload imported or exported files to our servers.
Camera and microphone
Teleprompter Premium requests camera and microphone permission only for Studio — to preview and record teleprompter videos. Camera and microphone data are used for recording on your device and are not transmitted to us. You may continue without microphone audio if you decline microphone access.
iOS Share Sheet
When you share a recording, the app presents Apple’s Share Sheet so you can send a video file to apps or destinations you choose (e.g., Messages, Mail, Files). We do not receive or store what you share or where you send it.
In-app purchases (Apple StoreKit)
Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may process purchase, renewal, restore, and refund requests according to Apple’s privacy policy.
StoreKit requires a network connection for product loading, purchase, and restore. After a successful transaction, Premium status is verified and cached on your device so core features work offline.
Plans (US list prices; localized in App Store):
- Monthly auto-renewable subscription
- Annual auto-renewable subscription (7-day free trial where offered)
- Lifetime non-consumable purchase
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Local metrics only (no transmission)
The app maintains local counters on your device (for example: paywall views, activation milestones, successful recordings) to improve the product experience. These metrics:
- Stay in local app storage
- Are not sent to us or third parties
- Are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking
Install counts, retention, and subscription analytics available to us are limited to aggregated data Apple provides in App Store Connect, not individual script or recording content.
Ads and tracking
- Ads: None. Teleprompter Premium does not display advertisements or integrate ad SDKs.
- Tracking: We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework for cross-app tracking because we do not track you across apps or websites.
- Analytics SDKs: No Firebase, Amplitude, Adjust, or similar third-party analytics SDKs are integrated.
Children’s privacy
Teleprompter Premium is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact ghazaliosupport@gmail.com.
Data retention and deletion

International users
The app supports English, French, and Arabic (including RTL layout). Because data stays on your device, there is no cross-border transfer of your script or recording content by us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
